The apartment is on two levels; on the first floor there are two large terraces with a dining table and relax loungers, a living room with a kitchenette (where there is a two-seater sofa bed) and a bathroom with a shower. In the loft, which is accessed from the living room-kitchen via a spiral staircase, there is a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, plus additional service.
The house also has a washing machine and air conditioning.
