Rooms with and without terrace, with cooking area, independent air conditioning system. TV, fridge
CONDITIONS
Prices are daily and include: water, electricity, gas.
Supplements with direct payment on site:
– final cleaning € 50.00 per apartment.
– single bed linen € 5.00, double € 10.00, towels € 10.00 a person
The delivery of the apartments is scheduled from 12.00 to 20.00. The departure before 10.00.
The minimum stay is one week; The apartments are also available for shorter periods, subject to agreements. Possibility of extra beds over the standard occupancy with and following offers: adults supplement € 25.00 in period A, € 20.00 in period B, € 15.00 in period C, € 10.00 in period D and E; for children up to 12 years the extra beds over the standard occupancy are free C, D and E, while in the period A there is a supplement of 15 euros.
In all periods, for a stay of at least 2 weeks, the 10% discount applies.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES:
• For cancellations of 50 days. on arrival at 30 days a penalty of 30% of the total amount will be applied upon arrival;• For cancellations of 29 days. upon arrival to 15 days a penalty of 50% of the total amount will be applied upon arrival;
• For cancellations of 14 days. on arrival at 8 days a penalty of 80% of the total amount will be applied upon arrival;
• For cancellations of 7 days upon arrival at 1 g. a penalty of 100% of the total amount will be applied upon arrival.

If you come to Lipari By car, it’s important to know that
From July 1st 2018 to September 30th 2018 only cars belonging to residents are allowed to enter Lipari island.
Bringing a car for a short period is not worthwhile: we suggest that you leave your car on Sicily mainland and rent another car as you get to the Island.
Anyway, If you want to reach Lipari with your own vehicle ( car,motorcycle…) it’s necessary to show your house reservation
for at least 7 days booked in advanced.
With this reservation we can issue in advance a permission to let you reach Lipari with your own vehicle.
